Terms and Privacy Policy

These are limited but please see below what I consider fair for both sides

At the end of each term you will be asked if you intend to return to lessons, and are happy about the timing and day of your class.

In some cases we will need to change your lesson, either due to the child’s progress, or because the class has become too full, a different level or that we feel they are not correctly placed. We TRY wherever possible to keep siblings at the same time or half hour apart in timings. We always try to accommodate your requests for classes, teachers and timings as far as we possibly can.

We work with people to accommodate split payments. We are flexible about children starting at half terms and paying only for the period/half term when they join.

We frequently allow children credits when they have been unable to attend through illness or other family problems.

In the light of the above we hope that you will:

Try to advise us of any proposed changes to your requirements in time for us to action these changes.

Please do not advise us within a few days of swimming commencing for the term that you are not planning to return.

Please pay promptly at the start of the new term. If you have queries please ask Emma. Understand that late notice may mean the loss of one weeks fees in extreme circumstances. Many swim schools charge in advance, but I do not want to go this route.

WE APPRECIATE YOUR SUPPORT AND HOPE YOU WILL RECOGNISE THE NEED FOR EVERYONE TO HELP US TO ACHIEVE A HAPPY, FUNCTIONING AND ABOVE ALL SUCCESSFUL SWIM SCHOOL!
